GENERAL DESCRIPTION

PREMIUM GRAVITY SEPARATOR is an equipment which grades and classifiers the grains. The separation principle is based on the difference between their specific weights. This machine is very suitable for separating quality grains from broken and hollow grains. The grains can be graded into four different categories.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The material to be classified is fed on a vibrating table and fluidised. The vibrating table is inclined in two axis, lengthwise and breadth wise. The oscillation is provided by a specially designed counter balanced system. Due to the difference in the specific weights the product is graded and discharged to four different chutes. The accuracy of this type of separation is due to absolute control of three essential elements ie airflow amplitude and frequency. The equipment is highly energy efficient and dust free.
