ENGINEERING SERVICES:
 Engineering division  I :

  • A light and medium machine building division

  • Machining capacity - 3000T / year

  • Besides normal machines like lathes, plano miller, cylindrical grinders, surface grinders, this division is equipped with CNC vertical machining centre with 24 tool holders.
  • Heat treatment facilities 
  • All the engineering division are well equipped with handling facilities like EOT cranes & mobile handling equipments with the capacity upto 80 T.

  • Heavy machine building and technological fabrication division
  • Capacity - 6000T/annum
  • Range upto 50T single piece fabricated product

Engineering division II

  • The shop are equipped with vertical turning machines which accommodate dia 8000mm work piece or Equipments
  • Hydraulic presses upto 700 T capacity (horizontal & vertical)
  • CNC optical oxy-acetylene flame profile cutting machine
  • Elaborate & versatile heavy & light machining facility under one roof, with more than 300 machine tools
  • Insitu heat treatment of large fabricated parts (pre-weld & post-weld)
